Customer Complaint Procedure

At Coochee Coochee we pride ourselves on the customer service we provide. However even with the best intentions we accept it is inevitable that sometimes things may not quite go to plan. If this is the case we would like to hear about the problem so we can try to rectify the situation for you.

The procedure is simple and please just follow the steps below and email with the required information:

  • Your full name
  • A contact telephone number
  • Date you are contacting us
  • If it is regarding a product please also provide the date of purchase
  • What the nature of the problem is
  • What the desired outcome

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within twenty four hours and carried out a full investigation and hopefully resolve any issues within seven days.
